Q: Do you photograph pets other than dogs?

A: Absolutely, We've done mostly dogs, but we would be honored to capture any pet other than dogs, please specify when booking your free consultation.

Q: Will you travel?, how far?

A: YES, and as far as you need us to, Travel is our second last name, and we normally do so with our pets, if you live outside the Rio Grande Valley area please contact us ahead and ask about our travel flat rate.

Q: Can all my pets be photographed (more than 2)?

A: Having more pets means it a little more challenging to get the perfect shoot, please add $25 per extra pet you'll like to add, this will allow extra shooting and editing time, however if you want to have more than 4 pets photographed, book your free consultation and ask for you customized quote.

Q: What if my pet isn't trained?

A: While training is very helpful and I totally encourage you to invest some time training your pet, it is not required, and I dare to say even unnecessary during a session, We want your pet to run, play, snore, and drool as much as s/he wants, this is exactly what we are looking for, his/her soul and personality; with a relaxed no pressure atmosphere they will let their beauty shine through.

Q: Where will be shoot take place?

A: During the consultations we will discuss the location, highlighting that it depends on your pets breed, age, energy levels and of course the intended purpose of the images, together We will choose what works bets for you.

Q: Can I come out on the photos?

A: Please do so!, for me my dogs are my kids, and having good pictures with them is rewarding and heart warming, so I encourage all my pet parents to come out on at least one image.

Please take note that my main focus will always be your pet.

Q: What if it rains?

A: My photography style rely on natural light, so if the weather is not good (rain, super hot or windy, storms) we will have to re-schedule, when you book we will discuss about having a back up date, just in case.

Q: I would like you to remove my dogs leash or else, what can we do?

A: If the leash or else comes out just a little I will remove it on the basic retouch included in all the packages, I want you to have the very best images you can. When the leash or object to be removed is very big or noticeable is considered extensive retouch and the price starts at $50, depending on the amount of work to be done.

Q: What is the difference between fine art and lifestyle sessions?

A: Fine art sessions are the combination of my artistic eye and your pets personality expressed in a timeless piece of art, because of their artistic nature and the goal to dress your walls, they take more planning, post production and shooting time, in these shoots we do a creative analysis of the session approach and general feel, you will et more detailed artistic shots; the lifestyle sessions are meant to capture your pet in its natural environment being him/her, concentrating on his natural self,  you will likely see more action shots.

Q: How do I get ready for my shoot?

A: After our pre-consultation, you will receive an email with all the information about your session and the process , how to prepare, what to bring, what to wear, etc.

Q: What is your cancellation policy.

A: We understand unexpected things can happen, that is why all cancellations made 15 days prior to the booked date are refundable, anything later than that is not refundable, but it can be re-scheduled up to 1 week before the shoot.

Q: Do you have a referral program or discount coupons?

A: We totally do!, you will receive 5 referral cards to share with friends and family, they have benefits for referral and referee. We don't do coupons but we do have seasonal prices subscribe to our newsletter and get the news before everybody else.

Did I say We love traveling?, well We do!... so to make it easy We have set flat fee rates for: out of area / out of state / out of country, ask about the details.

  • 8.25% Texas state tax is added to all products.
  • To lock your date, the session fee is due in full at the time of the booking.
  • The session fee is for time and talent of the photographer and does not include digital files, prints or any other products.
  • Sessions are available from Monday to Saturday. There is an additional fee of $50 for Sundays or National Holidays.
  • We have flat rate fees for for locations located beyond a 20 mile radius of 78540 (Edinburg, Tx).
  • Additional pets or people are added at $25 per human/pet.
  • Rates are subject to change at any time and without notice.
